Georgia, the last hidden gem in Europe that fuai staff traveled to.
As the birthplace of the world's oldest wine, there were so many dishes that paired perfectly with wine!
Among them, what we ate every day was a mushroom dish with a captivating flavor, rich in spices and herbs.
It seems the secret to the taste lies in the traditional blended spices of the region.
We've captured that taste of Georgia in a fluffy bun.

Greek cuisine features many dishes where vegetables are the main ingredient.
Generously using celery, this pork bun is surprisingly light, yetpacked with filling for excellent satisfaction.
The popping texture of fennel seeds, used for fragrance, is addictive.

We wanted to create a sweet bean bun that pairs well with both tea and coffee, so we made an original sweet bean bun with moderate sweetness.
This is a slightly sophisticated sweet bean bun with plenty of rum-soaked dried figs mixed into the sweet bean paste.
The texture of roasted walnuts adds a nice accent.

Ginger simmered slowly in honey is combined with mildly sweet white bean paste.
Blended spices like cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves are used as a secret ingredient.

Regardless of the purchase amount, shipping fees will be incurred: Honshu: ¥1,200 (tax included), Tohoku: ¥1,450 (tax included), Hokkaido/Okinawa: ¥2,350 (tax included).
(However, additional shipping fees will apply for remote islands and certain areas.)

A maximum of 3 boxes can be shipped with the above shipping fees.
