[About Shipping Fees]
Free shipping on orders of 11,000 yen (tax included) or more.
*For orders under 11,000 yen (tax included), a flat shipping fee of 880 yen (tax included) applies.
*However, for remote islands and certain regions, you will be charged an additional shipping fee.
*For refrigerated shipping, regardless of the purchase amount, the following shipping fees apply: Honshu: 1,200 yen (tax included), Tohoku: 1,450 yen (tax included), Hokkaido and Okinawa: 2,350 yen (tax included).
(However, for remote islands and certain areas, you will be charged an additional shipping fee.)
[About Shipping]
Domestic shipping is generally handled by Sagawa Express. For certain items only, you can use Yu-Packet.
*For certain regions, we will deliver via Yu-Pack.
*For Sagawa Express and Yu-Pack deliveries, you can select your preferred delivery time slot. If you wish to specify a delivery date, please indicate it in the remarks field.
*Please note that in some regions, it may not be possible to specify a delivery time.
[International Shipping Policy]
For orders placed from outside Japan, all transactions are subject to our International Shipping Policy. Please note that this policy takes precedence over any policies applicable to domestic shipments within Japan.

United States, Canada, European countries, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, etc.
Payment Information
We accept credit cards. No other payment methods are available. Payments are processed in Japanese yen. Prices displayed using the currency converter are for reference only.
Fees Other Than the Product Price
Shipping fees apply depending on the delivery destination.
In very rare cases, as a result of inspection by customs at the delivery destination, you may be charged various fees such as customs duties, customs inspection fees, and customs clearance fees. If you refuse to pay these fees, you will not be able to receive the product, and it will be disposed of by customs.
Furthermore, since it is difficult to predict in advance whether customs will charge fees, we cannot collect them beforehand.
About Shipping Methods
As a general rule, we use Japan Post’s EMS. After shipment, you will be notified of the tracking number.
Once the package clears customs in the destination country, you can track it via the local postal service’s website. The tracking number is valid worldwide.
The number of days from shipment to delivery varies significantly depending on logistics conditions.
Please note that refunds cannot be issued in the following cases:
・Non-delivery due to refusal of acceptance at the delivery address, prolonged absence, expiration of the storage period at the delivery office, refusal to pay customs duties, or an incorrect address listed on the shipping label.
In particular, delivery methods vary depending on the destination country.
Delivery is not always made in person. Packages may be left at the front door or handed over to a building manager. Loss or theft after shipment is not covered by our warranty.
In some cases, you may not be able to receive your package unless you pick it up directly from the post office. Please use the tracking number to ensure you retrieve your package before the storage period expires.
In the event of any ambiguity regarding the interpretation of this policy, the Japanese version shall be considered the official policy.
