We steamed just the “dough” for the Fuka-mochi

These aromatic buns are a staple at Fuai Café, where even the dough is hand-kneaded from scratch.
The dough, blended with whole wheat flour, combines fluffiness and chewiness for a truly one-of-a-kind flavor!
Even the steam, filled with the aroma of wheat, is addictive.
While the filling is essential to the baozi, we created this intentionally hollow mantou in response to requests from customers who simply wanted to enjoy the outer layer on its own.
You’ll be surprised to discover just how rich in flavor the dough alone can be, even without a filling!
The more you chew, the more a gentle sweetness and deliciousness spread throughout your mouth.
Top it, drizzle it, sandwich it, toast it…! Feel free to enjoy it however you like.
By the way… it’s absolutely delicious with butter!

《Shelf Life of Baozi》
Frozen: Approximately 2 weeks.
(Please note that the texture of the dough may change after reheating.)

Refrigerated: Please consume within one day after thawing.

Regardless of the purchase amount, shipping fees are as follows: Honshu: 1,200 yen (tax included), Tohoku: 1,450 yen (tax included), Hokkaido and Okinawa: 2,350 yen (tax included).
(However, additional shipping fees will apply for remote islands and certain areas.)

Up to 3 boxes can be shipped for the above shipping fees.

Tochigi/Gunma/ Tohoku/Kyushu → Delivery the day after tomorrow
