It's been a while since I last went on a solo trip.
Our destination is Kesennuma City in Miyagi Prefecture, far north of Nara.
It may seem far away when you look at it on a map, but
Once you get on the plane, you'll arrive in an instant, like you've been warped.
It's a strange feeling.
Of course, I also bring a loop bag.
When boarding an airplane, tie the handles tightly and roll it under your seat.
Looking at me is my favorite Kesennuma character, Hoya Boya. It's not just for this day, I take him with me every day in Nara too.
Even though I was traveling alone, all I could think about was the people I was spending time with.
I want to show this view to that person,
I want to give this tea to someone,
I'm sure that person will be impressed by the sashimi.
Because of this, I always end up with a huge amount of souvenirs.
It was such a joy to go home with a full loop bag.
I head home with a miso rice ball that my friend had given me.
Ahhh. Before I knew it, it was time to go home!
There were so many places I wanted to go that I couldn't go to them all this time.
But that's okay.
